I received a call to do an phone screening. Afterwards, I received a follow up phone interview with a hiring manager and then did a videoconference. The overall experience was good. I enjoyed learning about the project.

Step 1: was screened by an ADP person who read his script like a first grader. When I asked questions he said he needed to text the hiring manager. Regardless, I was passed to round two; Step 2: did zoom call with hiring manager from RTI. Hiring manager appeared nervous and caught up in reading long bullet briefs of the job description. I stopped interview when it was revealed I'd have to be away from my home, family, friends, hobbies for ten weeks. An absolutely ridiculous ask from a company paying $21 an hour.
