I applied though the local employment web site. About a week late I got an e-mail inviting me to take the grammar and general knowledge test. After the test (about 3 hours) I was offered to take some kind of internship (up to 1-2 month). No salary and no other conditions such as duration of the internship and evaluation criterias were discussed. Just to come back to office every day, learn the software from other BJs and hope you will get to be offered the job.
