Back then it consist of a couple of telephone/zoom calls with the HR department and with the Account Manager. It was not very complicated. They only ask about education, languages... Also, they sent a couple of situational exercises. Just to prove your problem-solving skills, and your verbal/writing skills ( Spanish/English)
