Interview process was extremely lengthy with three different stages. Interviewees seemed unorganised and unprepared. Long delays in waiting to hear back on each interview stage. After formal interviews were completed an Excel test was completed to access my experience level and then followed by practical test to access my suitability for a study contact with the firm.

Fourth Stage: Final Assessment, with a pre-work task to be discussed during the final assessment. Topic was on researching business models.
