Entretien
I applied online and received a call from their recruiter. I then had an over the phone interview with a Manager and scheduled an in-person interview. During the in-person, the Manager proceeded to tell me my past experience wouldn't translate and made me feel like it would be a long process of training to get to their standards. He never saw my work or talked to references or anything, just cut me down. The Partner then came in and lifted me up and told me what a wonderful place it was to work and how they would love to have me on board. I felt like it was a game of good cop/ bad cop. When the recruiter contacted me, I told him by email that RSM didn't seem like a good fit for me, I never heard from him again.

I had a zoom interview with two employees from RSM. The interview was very conversational. They asked me standard interview questions and questions about my resume and prior work experience.

Hr and technical . It was first an phone call interview with the HR. Then after a week I was called for another interveiw with senior director and manager . It was an webex interview.
