Entretien
Test is required and need to be complete within 1 hour. It can be categorised into 4 section which includes audit knowledge MCQ, short answering ( career goal and some audit knowledge), Essay writing (career inspiration, role model, current issue... ) and personality test.
The interview taken around 30 mins and the interviewer is friendly and asked some audit basic knowledge.
easy and friendly, one manager and one partner interviewed. about one hour seesion.they shared about company culture and also looked through my resume, asked about my school experiences and intern experience.
The interview went quite smoothly as the questions were not very difficult. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable, and the HR representative was also kind and approachable.
Assessment centre consisted of interview, group task, individual case study and diary entry task. the assessors were friendly and nice to talk to. make sure you prepare well and give answers in STAR format
