Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected. I would not advise spending all night studying. Background research and studying always helps for all interviews. The interview is composed of mostly behavioral questions.

Submit online application, wait for decision, there will be a phone call and an extension of the offer. You will then have to accept or reject the offer. If you accept then you will start in the following months or when they contact you next.

Two- thirty minute interviews. First interview is mostly getting to know you, second interview they ask questions about why RSM. The interview process is not very hard and the interviewer makes you feel comfortable
It was pretty causal. Two thirty minute interviews and the people were very friendly. One of my interviewers were a man and the other a woman, so nice to see different perspectives.
