It was very behavioral, but they present you the opportunity to go above that and share experiences or classroom things with them. I had two interviews, each was broken into two 30 minute segments with two different managers.

First interview was skills-based with an ERP Consultant in the team. Second Interview was a case study followed by interview with the Managing Consultant Third Interview with HR. I really enjoyed the interview process - it gave me a good feel for the culture of the organisation and none of the interviews felt like a canned Q&A session but rather a real engagement in conversation.
