Super easy, I did RSM Pathways so I got priority for interview. Interviewed by a senior and a partner for about 30 minutes each. Mostly just me asking questions and learning about the firm.

Which one of the 5Cs do you resonate with the most?
Very friendly, 2 30 minute interviews. Were back to back virutal sessions; however, they did not feel very long at all and I feel like I still had things to ask when the time expired.

Mainly behavioral. One question was about a time you faced a problem.
Super simple! A manager interviewed me, then sent me to the partner for a second conversation. This was all done over video call and didn’t involve any technical questions. Great for college students!
