The interview process involved taking some online assessments and answering questions on video and submitting them. No humans were involved in this process The online assessments weren't really related to the job. It was mostly stuff like "can you send an email" and "can you copy paste text into a document". I eventually got an email that said "You're exactly what we are looking" and indicated they will follow up with me on next steps. But I got ghosted. Why send an email like that and never follow up? Overall bad experience.
