I had a 30-minute phone screen with the hiring manager and HR a week after applying online. A week later, I was invited to a 1-hour in-person interview with the hiring manager and HR. The interviews involved the standard questions about why I was applying, how my experience related to their mission and values, my experience with clients and databases. A couple weeks later, they let me know I wouldn’t be moving forward. If I had moved forward, there would’ve been one more interview with senior staff. They hired someone within 2 months of posting the job.
