      1. Pre-Interview Communication a. Clear Communication: I received detailed information about the interview schedule, location, the interviewers' names and roles, and what to expect during the process. 2. Initial Contact a. Warm Welcome: Upon arrival, I were greeted warmly and introduced to the interview format and the interviewers. b. Comfortable Environment: The setting was professional yet relaxed, allowing you to feel comfortable and at ease. 3. Interview Process a. Structured Questions: The interviewers asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions, helping them understand your past experiences and problem-solving abilities. Example: "Can you describe a time when you had to overcome a significant challenge at work?" b. Active Listening: Interviewers actively listened to your responses, providing follow-up questions that showed they were engaged and interested in your experiences. c. Relevant and Fair Assessments: I were given relevant tasks or problems to solve that directly related to the job. These assessments felt fair and appropriate for the role. d. Cultural Fit Discussion: I had a conversation about the company culture, values, and expectations. This helped you gauge whether the company was a good fit for you. 4. Interaction and Engagement a. Encouraging Dialogue: There was a two-way dialogue where you felt encouraged to ask questions about the role, team, and company. b. Respectful and Professional Conduct: Interviewers treated you with respect throughout, valuing your time and contributions. 5. Post-Interview a. Prompt Follow-Up: I received timely feedback or next steps shortly after the interview, keeping you informed about your status in the selection process. b. Constructive Feedback: Whether you were selected or not, you received constructive feedback that helped you understand your performance and areas for improvement.
