Feels like I was taken advantage of and they just wanted to get free consultant work. Had an initial phone screen with recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Next step was to complete a work assignment to propose a new training program. Was told that, if selected, I would advance to a presentation after submitting the assignment. After submitting the assignment the hiring manager said she would get back to me by end of week. I was ghosted, no one ever followed up with me or replied after I reached back out to the recruiter and hiring manager. Feels like I was taken advantage of by taking my ideas asynchronously to use however they'd like and I'd never know it. Never again will I submit a work assignment asynchronously.

Entretien
Everyone was nice, but the communication was awful. They had me to complete a work sample, then never followed up. It's really awful to have someone complete that much work for free and then keep it to use, without even a" thank you for applying". They also were not transparent at all regarding the salary- totally just looking to get free work out of folks or lowball for a position that would require a ton of upfront work as soon as you're hired. DO NOT DO ANY WORK SAMPLES!
