Had a skype interview, it was about 45 minutes. We discussed why I wanted to go into advertising as well as discussed my work. Though it was nerve-wracking, the hiring manager was very kind and pleasant to talk to, and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Asked about my current portfolio and specific projects. Asked for thought processes. Also asked about my presentation style.
Good interview chats. Was some scheduling mishaps that occurred but otherwise easy going and interesting regular interview style conversations. There was a video required, and I believe 3 rounds of interviews after.

Recruitment is definitely a long process. Applied end of May or beginning of June, phone screening in July, final round in August. However, recruiters are amazing and supportive, and no one is ever trying to trick you!

It was straightforward. Had to answer prompts. Went through a phone screening with a recruiter who was super nice and I felt comfortable talking to them. The recruiter let me know the steps and the interview process was very transparent.
