Phone screen was with a Corporate Recruiter who had me walk through my experience and asked me a line of questioning to assess my fit for the role and alignment to corporate values. Her thoughtfulness of questioning and deep knowledge of the business gave a great impression of the company in terms of quality and professionalism. First onsite was with the recruiter and two members from senior management team(one of which I would be reporting to). Great interview where they did a lot of listening and probing - follow up questions to ensure I had depth of responses and aligned POV’s on important issues. Second onsite included the same members from senior management plus the CEO. This round was custom to my role and asked me to develop a presentation and present as if I were delivering to a client. ROI has a high bar for how they deliver services to clients and wanted to ensure I can present at a high level. I received great responsiveness from the recruiter throughout the process and enjoyed the challenging nature of the interview process. The whole experience made me feel like we were a great fit for each other by the end of it.
