      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ROI Revolution (Raleigh, NC) en avr. 2016

      Entretien

First, I was contacted by a person in HR about setting up a phone interview. This was the day after I applied, and I was impressed by how quick the response was. Then I had a phone interview with the same HR representative. The conversation was easy and casual, asking basic interview questions. I knew I really like ROI after this, because the phone interview went so well. As the phone interview came to a close, I was invited to come in for some assessments: personality, aptitude, typing, and spelling and grammar tests. After reading some of the interview reviews on Glassdoor, I was under the impression that the aptitude test would be super difficult. After taking the assessments, I felt confident about my responses. The aptitude test makes you think outside of the box, and analytically, and it is nice to know that you are being challenged. After the assessments, I was invited to an in-person interview. The interview was with the HR representative and the team lead of the team that I was interviewing for. The questions were typical questions for a first interview, and the people interviewing me made me feel welcome and comfortable. Finally, I was invited for a second in-person interview. This interview had the HR representative I had been talking to, the head of HR, the Team Lead, a senior member of the team I would be on, and the head of client relations. This interview had some of the same questions, due to the new people in the interview. Then I was asked more personal questions, like what I wanted in a supervisor, and what my ideal office environment would be. I was then asked to sit outside while they discussed and they would call me back in to go over the next steps, and that is when I was officially offered the position.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Phone Interview - What is one unique trait that you have? Assessments - A lot of questions where you had to add up the number that corresponds with the letter to get a total for the word. 1st In-Person - Can you talk about a time when you had to analyze data? 2nd In-Person - Can you talk about a time where you had to present data to a client?
