When I came to the interview, I was greeted by two other testers and one HR person. The atmosphere was very good, the questions concerned mainly one's motivation, desire to learn, future career prospects, benefits, how does the company work, etc. I do not think there were particularly difficult questions. I did get an offer, but declined since the job did not seem like a true fit for me.
