Introductory Call: The process begins with a brief introductory call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. The recruiter provides an overview of the company and asks a few questions about the candidate's background, why they're interested in joining ROBOX, and what they're looking for in their career Technical Skills Assessment: The next step is to assess the candidate's fundamental technical skills. This generally takes the form of a coding exercise. In some cases, candidates may be asked to work through a system design exercise or be assigned a take-home project relevant to the role. For entry-level candidates, there's a simulation-based cognitive assessment to showcase systems thinking and situational awareness abilities Creative Problem-Solving and Values Interviews: This part of the interview process assesses how well candidates can think outside of the box and make structure out of ambiguity. It's a highly conceptual problem-solving exercise. The goal is to understand the candidate's thought process as they work with the interviewer to explore the constraints and requirements and then drive towards a reasonable solution
