ok lots about CQC, and personalisation, staff retention and recruitment, budget management, change, inclusivity, activities, volunteers. can i travel to meetings, training, building good relationships with outside organisations. what do i know about sight loss.

Prepare a PowerPoint on a selected task followed by competency questions on skills and experience. There was a panel of three people and the process was managed virtually. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend applying
