      Entretien

1st round: HR round in which the interviewer showed me their application and told what type of work they do, I had clearly mentioned how much I am expecting from the beginning still she selected me for the next round. 2nd round: Technical: The interviewer was good. Asked decent questions related to Angular, Javascript. Gave some questions in which I had to tell the outputs . 3rd round: A techno managerial round in which the interviewer asked me about the challenges I had faced in my previous company and how I solved them. Over all a friendly round. 4th round: This was an interview round with the CTO and it was mentioned that it was the last round. Questions were around angular and a few angular scenario based questions. Till the last round everything was good and in the beginning only the HR mentioned me that each round is an elimination round but after the last round I had to keep taking follow ups from the HR about when they are going to update me about the results. After mailing multiple times the HR just dropped me a generic email, like the ones that you get when your resume is selected and we found others who were better fits type of an answer. I felt it was because of how much I had told them I was expecting otherwise if something else was off they should have eliminated me in the beginning rounds itself. what was the point of wasting so much of my time (around 3 weeks).

Hello, Thank you for taking the time out to share your experience and for going through our recruitment process. We would like to emphasize on the fact that all our interview rounds are elimination rounds, including the final round by the CTO. If there were no eliminations in the final round, there would have been no point in keeping the round. If you were cleared with salary expectations from the first round, then any elimination further on happens only based on overall skill and the strength of the remaining applicants pool, and not on salary expectations. We understand you had to wait for some time to hear the final result. We make a decision on the final round after interviewing all the applicants who have reached that round, due to which there can be delays in announcing the final result. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish you all the best for your career ahead.
