The interview was scheduled for 8 am in the morning with HR and senior administration employee. They showed concerned about the harsh weather. We went to a room were I was introduced to what the company does. Then HR started to ask behavioural and situational questions. They had a list of questions and kept recording the answers. In between there were some questions on technical administration. The problem is they must have provided feedback for the interview. Without feedback no one can get an idea about their weakness if any.
