Brief and straightforward My roommate was a supervisor and put me in touch with the general manager. I went in expecting to interview for a job as a painter, but after doing well on the math test (quite easy as a college grad) I expressed an interest in operating the lasers and was offered that job instead. I was given a tour of the shop and asked some basic questions about my experience. There was also a short test of mechanical aptitude, which I found pretty easy, despite having no related experience.
