There was a lot of questions regarding people skills. How well you interact with people and how you would manage various situations. There were additional questions towards the end regarding prior experience. It was very a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Few questions about past experience, very simple interview process, email, interview, start the next week. I recommended working here because you meet great people and make great connections. It is one of the easiest jobs on campus.

It was quick and got the job on the spot. The guy is very nice and engaged on what I had to say. I recommend everyone to try to be a referee. It is alot of fun.
