1 group interview on Zoom and 2 in-person interviews at the store location. Interviewers were very focused on learning who you are as a person, both in and out of the office. Genuinely kind people.
Had 2 rounds of interviews and no feedback.
First one was a phone interview and second one was on site with a manager. Was told that they ceased the hiring process after reaching out a couple of times.
The interviewers were nice and informative.

Question 1
Tell me about the time you had a hard time from previous projects and how you resolved it.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez RH (Pasadena, CA) en sept. 2025
Entretien
I was contacted by the gallery lead to conduct an interview for the Project Coordinator position. As soon as the interview started, they told me that the Project Coordinator role was not even open and pivoted to asking if I wanted a Gallery Support role instead. That bait-and-switch was never communicated up front.
The gallery lead also stated that I “didn’t match the qualifications” for Project Coordinator, despite the fact that my background aligned with the posted job description. Then, after asking me for my salary expectations, they abruptly ended the call with “I’m going to end this conversation here.” That is not professional language to use in an interview setting.
Their follow-up email made even less sense: they said I was not being considered for the Gallery Support role — a role I never applied for or expressed interest in. So essentially, I was invited under false pretenses, told the position I applied for wasn’t open, and then “rejected” for a position I never wanted.
Takeaway: Misleading, unprofessional, and unnecessarily dismissive. If you are applying to RH, confirm up front which positions are actually available so you don’t waste your time.
