Initially went through a screening with a recruiter which was a normal screening call. Went over background etc. and spoke a little about the position and what they were looking for.

The interview was about 30 minutes and really did not ask any questions that I would say would relate to the position or qualifications. It was a Zoom call and it felt like if you were not progressive and have purple hair, they were not interested. Seems to be a very WOKE company.
