The interview process was strenous. There were 4 interviews and, oddly, two of them were with entry-level employees that would actually be my subordinates if I had gotten the position? After completing the 4 interviews and a lengthy writing assignment (which took about 10 hours) I received a verbal offer. I was then ghosted by the HR rep for over a week. Then, after following up multiple times about the offer I received a form letter saying I had been rejected. It was a terrible process and I felt like my time had been wasted.
