Time arrangement is not good. First have two OA, and then arrange interviews with manager, and onsite. Questions are a little harder than other DS interviews. Feedback is very slow.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez REVOLVE (Cerritos, CA) en juil. 2025
Entretien
- Recruiter called to ask about visa status, relocation, current position, exp. salary
- She explained the process will have critical thinking test, HackerRank coding interview, take home case study, live coding interview (4 virtual interviews)
- Recruiter sent a Watson Glaser critical thinking assessment. The tool was extremely old. No timer, no 'review your answer' page. I got stuck at 'loading' and got 'server took too long to respond' error. But I reloaded and submitted the test. Recruiter emailed me later that I failed the test.. I emailed her with the screenshots of the error and no response. They ghosted me. It was so weird. Never seen or known any other tech company that does this kinda test (usually it's for UK law firms)
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
A country's military conducted an experiment to find out what kinds of people function best under severe arctic climatic conditions. Some of the factors examined were weight, age, blood pressure, and national origin. All of the participants in the study were given a training course in how to survive and function in extreme cold. At the conclusion of the experiment, it was found that only two factors among those studied distinguished between personnel whose performance was rated as
"effective" and those rated "not effective" on the arctic exercises. These factors were: (1) desire to participate in the experiment and (2) degree of knowledge and skill regarding how to live and protect oneself under arctic conditions.
Is this inference True or False?
"A majority of the personnel who participated in the study thoroughly disliked the experience."
