The process was fairly simple with a phone interview then an in-person interview with the team manager and with tests related to the position. It was about an hour and a half long process in total but follow-ups needed to be initiated first in order to gain any other updates.

Two step interview process - HR then the hiring manager. I interviewed within a 2 week timespan. After speaking w/ HR, I did 2 assessments - typing test & product matching. After I interviewed w/ the hiring manager I was given 3 more assessments. All fairly easy but the most I've ever done for a job position especially entry level. I didn't get a formal candidate rejection email considering the interview process.

Reached out to recruiter and CMO on Linkedin regarding my interest in the role as well as the status of my application. Both responded, forwarding me resume to the hiring manager, set up an interview. Abruptly cancelled my interview after I had expressed interest in another department at Revolve despite me being very clear that I am eager to learn and work hard in any department. I was just enthusiastic about the job. After following up 3-4 times trying to reschedule my interview and re-express my interest in the position, I was completely ghosted. So immature, catty, and discouraging. At least respond to my email and let me know they've moved on with another candidate. The employees clearly think they're superior just because they work at a "cool" company. I'd avoid unless you can put up with this unprofessional crap.
