The employees are intelligent and kind, but not considerate. The company is disorganized, the hiring process and program needs to be reevaluated. I had three interviews and one initial call which was dragged on over a month. Since it did take so long, I thought I would receive a position. For a company reliant on pipelining for success, their pipeline is horrifying.

Barely asked anything of importance, one guy there basically told me he only cared about the money. A memorable question was: if you could teach me one thing that I don't know, what would it be?

Friendly experience and great questions. I had 2 interviews, one phone and one in office the office was nice and there were dogs and I like dogs. They also like dogs so that was nice and I interviewed with a dog.

Entretien
It was a three step process, first video interview with HR then an in person meeting in their office. After you get to shadow an employee you get to speak with an SDR manager. If you pass you'll get a chance to speak with another higher up and wait for a final response from their team.
Not sure what they look for when they’re willing to train. Wish they added the real reason as to why I was not selected for second round. I literally just spoke about myself and nothing more was asked.
