Very thorough and professional. Interview lasted about 2 hours. It started with a tour of the facility and brief introductions to the personnel that day. The interview itself involved a great deal of questions about me, my career and my aircraft knowledge. The panel seemed more interested in me as a person and what my goals were. The company seems like it is good place to work.
