Very straight forward and fast moving process, they seemed open to people of different professional backgrounds. Offered a phone call before the interview which was really helpful in my interview preparations. Interview Qs were sent in advance and then there was a written task after the interview. I decided to not go to the second interview- I felt this wasn't the role for me and that I wanted a more external facing campaigns/events job.
