The process included a phone call with an executive and an in-person interview, where I was given a tour of their office and factory. The interview started with a standard Q&A and ended with a surprisingly long written accuracy test. Don’t expect a formal rejection, I had to follow up myself. That said, everyone I interacted with was polite and respectful throughout the process.
