After that the manager called me on Thursday, and invited me for the second-round interview. I told him, that I can't call right now (I had a meeting) and don’t have access to my calendar at the moment. Then he told me that HE will call me again, so that we could schedule the interview . Eventually he called me on Tuesday, apologized that he has been busy, and told me that they are not going to continue the recruitment process with me. No explanation about what happened to the interview or any feedback was given. And no, I don't believe that they tried to evaluate if the candidate is motivated, self-driven or something. These guys just are not professional, and they don't respect the candidates at all.
