First I had a phone interview then was invited for a group interview which had about 15 other potential employees. A very fun, positive environment but also a challenge due to the fact that you want to demonstrate team work and a positive attitude while also realizing that those you are working with are your competitors and you need to set yourself apart from the group at the same time. I ended up getting the call back and getting the job which honestly almost surprised me just because I am new to a group interview setting and was stressing if I over or under preformed and if I stood out enough. My best advice: Be kind, have fun, be a team player, be a leader but not bossy and most importantly, BE YOURSELF(:
