A typical interview process for a science/research position. Various team members participated and gave a very comprehensive perspective from the inside, which is highly appreciated. Interview took ~5 hours including the presentation.

Entretien
First I had a video interview and then came to the HQ in Rockville for a in-person interview. I was originally told that I had gotten the job which was subject to a reference and background check. However three weeks later, I was told that they had given the position to a "late-stage" recruit who was friends with team members from a different company. Nepotism.

Entretien
First there was a casual phone screen. Next step was all day virtual interview due to covid. The virtual interview involved most of the team. From applying to hearing about an offer it took about two months. Be prepared for technical questions so know the concepts/science from your resume.
