I received an email from the employer after responding to a blind job ad. I was invited to come and speak with the employer directly at the office a few days later. Once I arrived, I sat with the employer in the office's tiny conference room and was asked about my marketing background, skills, and stuff like that. Strangely, the accountant (who doesn't know the first thing about e-marketing) was called into ask me questions and look at my resume. I learned later that this was because he was the only person she trusts in the office.
