      Entretien

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. 1 by phone and 2 in person. Honestly, this agency seems to be going through some stuff. A ton of turn over this year and they struck me as not very trusting of the staff. Also, it became somewhat clear after the third interview that there was no real open role, they were just testing the market.

I just wanted to acknowledge your feedback. I will pass this along to our team that handles interview screenings, and I'm sorry we gave you the impression that we are not trusting of our team and that we're shopping as that's far from the truth. We are sincere when it comes to finding the right team member while growing our small but mighty team, as we know first hand how disruptive it is to a small agency to experience on-boarding and then letting someone go shortly thereafter. We appreciate your time in meeting with us for 3 rounds of interviews. -CYL

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez RED VELVET

      Entretien

I've interviewed twice here, years apart. The first time I interviewed it was average. They asked "what super power I would like to have and why" and a few other questions that I thought were not the most helpful at assesing my skills and talent for the role. The second time I interviewed with them I applied for a Senior Art Director position that was on their website. During the interview it was very clear that the hiring manager and I were asking questions for very different roles and I could tell she had never looked at my portfolio. Eventually we figured out that while they had a Senior Art Director posting on the site she was inverviewing me for a mid level design position. Not too big of a deal but it was not the best sign. She also had me go online and send her the link to where I found the posting to apply and seemed annoyed and said I was the second person this happened to. Later I checked and I had even written "Senior Art Director" when I booked a time for the meeting. About 2 weeks later I recived a generic rejection email. Not great!
