Applied very late at night. Woke up the next morning to an email sent at 6:30a asking me for an 11a Zoom interview that same day. Despite being tired and unprepared, I accepted as they were going to be unavailable the next few weeks. The interview went decently. I wasn't at my sharpest, but figured my background and experience spoke for itself and they seemed genuinely interested in me. They told me the next step would be an in-person interview and that they'd get back to me within a couple of weeks. I never heard from them again. I followed up twice and didn't so much as get a form rejection email. Pretty unprofessional.
