I applied through their company website. The HR contacted me and told me I was shortlisted for interview about 2 weeks later. It took me 1 hours to drive to locate & reach their Tuas plant and I still managed to reach there early. However, to my horror surprise, the hiring manager forget about the appointment and I had to wait for 30min for her. And the worst part is the interview only took less than 10 minutes and she conclude that I am not suitable for the job. It is a total waste of my time.
