Entretien
The owner of the office just asked me to come in. He told me everything about the office. He told me how the do terms of leads. He also showed me all the listing that the office had. The interview was more of me interviewing him. The only question really had for me were how I intended to market myself and how much I realistically expect to make.

How much money do you expect to see yourself making.
Interview seemed to good to be true. Then they hit you with the fees and shell shocked. Competitive environment. Almost like you’re in a car dealership. Decided against this broker based off of attitude and environment, lack of training (they offer a free training of some stuff but you have to pay for Brian Buffini’s program they require you to take after school), and also their fees.

Entretien
Multiple interviews. Good communication. Honestly about the company and their goals and splits. Enjoyed the interview process and liked all of the staff. People seem to be very passionate about not only real estate but the REMAX family we well.
Processus classique, entretien correct avec discussion sur les motivations. Les différentes étapes de l'entretien sont celles habituelles. L'entretien se fait en plusieurs rencontres avec différents interlocuteurs à différents niveaux de séniorité.
