No response from the company after 2 interviews, one in-person and one over the phone. Also completed a childish "Basic Skills Test" as pre-interview screening with questions similar to those on an IQ test. Was promised a response by the end of the week, yet never heard back even after following up via email. Very unprofessional to demand candidates spend hours applying then not take the 2 minutes required to send a rejection email.
