I interviewed with the new car sales manager, which there were two and two preowned sales managers. The interview was straightforward. They are looking for people who can close deals. Once hired you will go through a background check and a drug test before they will move forward. If you have a good disposition and you know how to strategically close, you have a good chance of getting hired.
