They called me in through an agency. I interviewed with the owner and ALL the employees. They looked at my portfolio and ask questions about my resume and last company. They commented on my clothing and said I may be overdressed for daily work. They are a jeans type of company. The employees each took turns asking me about my background and different "what if" scenarios. My interview lasted about 2 hours. The owner likes to talk.
