You do a short interview on the phone and they send you a personality test. Then if they like you, the invite you in to shadow for an hour and see what it is like. The manager said that he really liked me and that if I was at the office that it was a good thing. I never got a call back or an email after two weeks. I reached out via email and phone call to get in touch with them but the manager, would keep avoiding me. I applied a second time months later and they scheduled a phone interview and never called. Very unprofessional office.
