I applied for the Account Executive position online and heard back from them pretty quickly. There was also a personality test that I took before the initial phone interview. I prepared for the phone interview extensively, however on the day of the interview, there was a no call, no call no show by the interviewer. I followed up with them a few times about what happened, but never heard back. Pretty disappointed that I spent so much time prepping before the interview, as well as took time out of my work day for a no call no show by the interviewer.
