Interviewed several times for another position but not selected. They reached out to me for an alternate position. Interview 2 more times. During the process I was told several times how much they enjoyed my energy and how great of a fit I would be. I had discussed salary / start date and job duties. Got ghosted for a week. Once I followed up I got a very impersonal system generated Thanks but no thanks. I was left hurt and extremely confused.
