I had 1 interview with my immediate boss. It was a pleasant experience. Once I completed my interview and provided my references I received my offer of employment within the week. The process was quick and I was able to start after giving my then employer 2 weeks notice. I found training to be adequate but, I did have previous experience working with Medicaid.

Once my resume was submitted, I received a phone call to set up a face to face interview. Because I do not live in the same state as their home office, I only had one interview. I was offered the job a few weeks later. I was flown out to the home office for my drug test and training.
