After emailing back and forth for a week and the recruiter missing two scheduled phone interviews, I had to call him. He didn't know what position I was interviewing for and I had to TELL HIM(what). I asked him to tell me about the position and he couldn't so he asked me to go through my background(okay..) so I did and he said he would call me back lol. You should run from this company. So unprofessional.
