After speaking with a recruiter, and then the co-founder, I met with three members of the team regarding the position. Right off the bat I didn't think the office vibe was a good fit, very thrown together, locked front door, no lunchroom for such a big space. The interviews went well, however I got the impression they had tacked on community manager responsibilities last minute and one interviewer focused mainly on that. While all three were really generally pleasant to speak with, one asked very blunt questions and interrupted me at the beginning of the interview - which is always a red flag for me. I left thinking they were very nice, but felt I did not want to talk on such a heavy community manager role.
