I heard back within one week of applying for the role and was invited to interview the following week. It was an unusual interview as it only lasted 15 minutes and I wasn't really asked anything other than to discuss my skills and experience in relation to the role. Having been told about the process for second interview and informed that would be more detailed and would require a presentation, I then heard nothing further from the Company in relation to my application. After spending several hours reading up on the Company and preparing for interview, I was disappointed that I was only given 15 minutes in which to sell myself to the organisation and that having made the effort to meet them in person they failed to even let me know that they had offered the role to another candidate. Extremely poor candidate experience.
